We require no knowledge about your molecule and are able to identify any proteins associated with your therapeutic target, even one as yet unidentified, within an interactome. Thus, they provide unbiased information about your drug and its natural environment.

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE THERAPEUTIC AND/OR TOXIC TARGET (ON/OFF TARGET)

Our label-free technologies allow us to identify with precision and reproducibility the targets of your drug and any associated proteins within its interactome. We pinpoint all the peripheral targets of your molecule in any organ, and any tissue, whether healthy or diseased.

Thus we can identify about 30 proteins, lying from the extracellular matrix to the nucleus. A subsequent experiment can even be done to isolate the heart factors involved in the pharmacophore pocket, going to a short list of 5 proteins, such as GPCRs.

We identify, within your hits, the lead that is most likely to reach the market. We give you information about the therapeutic efficacy of your hits and tell you which lead interacts the least with the secondary targets.
